2. Booking and Reservations
All bookings made through our website are subject to availability and confirmation.
Reservations may require a deposit between 20% and 25% of the total booking value to secure the selected dates. The remaining balance must be paid before the tour departure or as otherwise specified during the booking process.
Hannibal Expeditions reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings if payment requirements are not met.
3. Payment Terms
Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment gateways integrated into the website.
Accepted payment methods may include:

All prices displayed on the website are listed in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of expedition-based travel, the following cancellation terms apply:
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- If a cancellation is made within a specified time frame before the tour, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused portions of the trip.
In cases where trips must be rescheduled due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational factors, Hannibal Expeditions will work with clients to offer alternative dates when possible.
5. Weather and Safety Conditions
Fishing and ocean expeditions depend on weather and sea conditions. For safety reasons, Hannibal Expeditions reserves the right to modify itineraries, departure times, or cancel tours if conditions are deemed unsafe.
Safety decisions made by our captains or guides are final.
6. Participant Responsibilities
Participants must:
- Follow all safety instructions provided by guides and crew
- Respect marine wildlife and local regulations
- Inform the company of any relevant medical conditions
- Ensure they are physically capable of participating in the selected activity
Hannibal Expeditions reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who poses a risk to themselves or others.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Participation in fishing, spearfishing, diving, and ocean expeditions involves inherent risks.
By booking a tour with Hannibal Expeditions Panama, participants acknowledge these risks and agree that the company, its captains, staff, and partners shall not be held liable for injuries, losses, accidents, delays, or damages occurring during the expedition, except where required by law.
Participants may be asked to sign a separate liability waiver prior to the tour.
